These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of neatlodge.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout, including a complete shipping address.

Products, pricing, and availability
Product descriptions and availability may change. We aim to display product information clearly; however, errors can occur. If we identify a material error related to your order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order.

Taxes and pricing statement
Product prices include tax; checkout does not add additional tax.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping is available within the United States only. Shipping fees, processing time (1–3 business days), transit time after shipment (3–5 business days), order cutoff time (5:00 pm CST), and carrier practices are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can vary due to factors outside our control.

Returns and refunds
Return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Return eligibility, non-returnable items (Final Sale/custom), and return shipping responsibility rules are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy, including the 48-hour reporting requirement for arrival damage with photos.

Payments
We accept Visa and Mastercard. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders may be subject to review to reduce fraud and unauthorized transactions.

Cancellations
Before shipment, you may request cancellation, but approval is not guaranteed and depends on order status. After shipment, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible. Details are provided in our Cancellation Policy.

Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers
