This Limited Warranty explains how we handle eligible issues discovered at delivery and shortly after receipt. It is separate from (and does not expand) the return and refund timing described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
DOA / arrival damage claim window
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of: (1) the item, (2) the packaging, and (3) the shipping label. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for arrival-damage handling.
What may be covered
Depending on the situation and review, we may address issues such as shipping-related damage, wrong items, or missing components reported promptly with sufficient documentation.
What is not covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, modifications, or damage occurring after delivery.
Possible solutions
After review, we may offer one of the following options, as appropriate and at our discretion: replacement parts, a replacement item, a return for refund (processed within 10 business days after approval), or another reasonable resolution consistent with our policies.
How to submit a warranty request
Email info@neatlodge.com within the required time frame. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
